Now that I'm in my 40's and in the best shape of my life. I've found my passion as a fitness trainer helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.


For whatever reason, if you have found yourself more than 10, 20, 40 lbs, or more, overweight I am the personal trainer for you!  I know what it's like to not want to see yourself in the mirror or buy new clothes. I know what it's like to not even be able to bend over to tie your shoe. I was successful and losing the weight and keeping it off!
